Why Clean and Maintain Your HVAC System?

Your building’s HVAC system is the lungs of your facility. Over time, dust, debris, and contaminants build up inside air handlers, coils, and ducts — choking performance, raising energy costs, degrading indoor air quality, and affecting indoor thermal comfort. We restore your system to original design airflow and efficiency, helping you save energy, extend equipment life, and deliver cleaner, healthier air to every occupant.

Key Benefits:

Improve Indoor Air Quality

Protect Equipment Life

Save Energy & Reduce Costs

Improve Comfort & Occupant Satisfaction

Meet Compliance Standards

Restore Airflow & System Performance

Our founder and President, Bill Lundquist, is one of the first people in the country to pioneer innovative HVAC cleaning techniques, including the design of the first high-power vacuum system for air duct cleaning. As a founding member of NADCA, He literally wrote the book on proper cleaning techniques for commercial HVAC systems. Today Bill and his two sons operate…

Maintenance and Cleaning for Any HVAC System

Hospitals

We have many years of experience cleaning the HVAC systems in Hospitals. We are experts at constructing containments to prevent cross contamination during a HVAC cleaning and maintenance project. We have solutions for OR rooms and other areas of Hospitals and we are experienced at working with infection control and the ICRA Matrix. We clean supply air ducts, return air ducts, exhaust ducts, air handlers and coils. We also provide professional HVAC cleanliness inspections.

Schools & Universities

Our commercial HVAC cleaning services for schools and universities create healthier learning environments by removing dust, allergens, and contaminants from ventilation systems. We ensure clean, efficient air circulation that supports student well-being, energy efficiency, and compliance

Restaurants & Retail

Our commercial HVAC cleaning services for retail spaces and restaurants ensure a comfortable, clean, and odor-free environment for customers and staff. We focus on improving air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability to enhance the overall experience and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Office & Medical Buildings

Our commercial HVAC cleaning services for medical and office buildings promote a healthier, more productive environment by removing contaminants and improving air circulation. We help maintain optimal indoor air quality, system efficiency, and compliance with industry standards to ensure comfort and safety for occupants and staff.

Data Centers

We clean condensing units for Data Centers and set up regular intervals with our customized maintenance programs. We also clean Indoor air handlers in the data center and we clean the raised floor plenums. We have customized coil cleaning tools and techniques for cleaning the indoor coils without danger to the Servers.

Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities

We clean and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment in all Manufacturing and Industrial Facilities. Some examples are Food Manufacturers, Processing plants, Beverage manufacturing plants, Power Plants, Warehouses, Mining operations and many more.

Recreation Center, Health Clubs, Gyms

We clean large supply, return, exhaust and fresh Air HVAC systems that service pool areas, gymnasiums, fitness rooms and locker rooms that are found in these facilities. These HVAC systems tend to get more contaminated than HVAC systems found in other buildings due to the moisture in air and high amounts of traffic and the lint that is released from towels. Cleaning and maintaining the HVAC systems in these buildings is mandatory for comfort and Indoor Air Quality management.

Any large non-residential facility with HVAC, ductwork, exhaust/ fresh-air systems

Service Roadmap

1
Initial Assessment & Estimate

We inspect your system: air-handlers, coils, ducts, exhaust/fresh air systems and provide a clear scope of work, timeline, access requirements and estimated benefits.

2
Pre-Clean Documentation

We record baseline conditions (photos, measurements if applicable) to establish the “before” state.

3
Cleaning & Restoration Execution

Using professional equipment, isolation measures (where needed), HEPA‐vacuuming, coil cleaning, duct agitation, blower/fan cleaning, drain pan sanitizing, fresh-air intake cleaning, etc.

4
Post-Clean Report

We show the “after” state (photos, measurements) demonstrate improvements (e.g., restored airflow, reduced pressure drop) and deliver a cleaning report and maintenance recommendations.

5
Follow-up & Maintenance Plan

We schedule follow-up inspections, recommend cleaning intervals, assist in setting up monitoring/ maintenance logs and help you build a proactive maintenance strategy.
